HEAD OF SALES NORWAY
We are seeking to ?ll a vacancy for a position based in Oslo.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful applicant will be driving commercial initiatives to achieve station key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement approved processes that ensure customer satisfaction. This responsibility may include but not limited to the following:
· Planning / execution of all Sales and Marketing activities in Norway.
· Accurate documentation and regular reports to management.
· Coordination with other sales of?ces and departments.
· Facilitate daily activities by identifying problems and recommending solutions to maintain proper compliance with company standards and goals.
· Manage our relationships with clients and partners in Norway.
· Attend job speci?c training as required.
· Other administrative tasks may include some required budget assistance; payment processing, personnel activities, and general administration.
The ideal candidate has a minimum 5 years job-related experience, proven leadership skills, organized, with great attention to detail, as well as possess a good understanding of airline sales with the ability to act as a lead person.
