Sales Manager Sweden – West Coast Area/Southern Area/Stockholm Area

Air Berlin is operating to all the Nordic countries with 21 daily weekday flights and serves the Swedish market out of Arlanda Airport, Landvetter Airport and the Southern region out of Copenhagen Airport.

To further grow our sales in all channels in Sweden, we are currently seeking an additional Sales Manager, with prime focus on the West Coast Area / Southern Area /Greater  Stockholm area  and also other regions in Sweden. The successful candidate can be based in any of these regions.

Tasks:

Secure and increase Air Berlin’s sales volumes in Sweden

Participating in developing of the annual Swedish sales and marketing plan

Maintain and increase the number of Swedish and Pan-Nordic partner    agreements with TMC’s and tour operators

Actively engaged in pre- and after sales with Swedish travel agencies and tour operators

Increase the product knowledge and brand awareness of Air Berlin within the trade. Plan and execute fam. trips/study trips

Assist and support promotional and marketing activities

Plan, participate and represent Air Berlin in various travel industry events, workshops and trade fairs

Participate in sales activities and industry events also in other Nordic countries

The candidate will report to the Area Manager Nordic Countries as well as functionally to the international sales department in Berlin.
