Operations Manager  Langley Hotels
We are looking for a dedicated professional with his or her heart in the hospitality industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, your mission is to lead our hotel division and gradually increase profitability, guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Langley has a solid reputation in our market place, both among guests and suppliers. Our success relies on your ability to maintain our credibility as a business partner as well as on how well we deliver upon our guests expectations.
The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of the hotel industry, including financial management and quality awareness. You must have excellent communication and time management skills and a straight forward leadership style. A degree in hospitality management is preferred, along with a minimum of five years management experience. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Further, due to the demographic of our guests and employees, you must speak and write at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian or Swedish) along with English and French.
This position is based in Chamonix, France, and comes with a competitive compensation package.
