We are on an exciting journey to improve our digital capabilities and communication to our card members – from early engagement and benefit reminders to servicing messaging in different channels. We are now expanding the consumer card business to Norway and therefore looking for a Norwegian speaking colleague to join our team. During next year we have ambitious plans to introduce new products and platforms in Norway – we need your help to settle the scope of technology and platforms, as well as the presentation of the products in the market.
To be successful in our organization you are an excellent project manager – identifying customer and business needs, bringing forward different solutions and recommendations, and mastering the implementation. In this role you work with local colleagues as well as central AMEX teams and external partners – which requires strong ability to coordinate and cooperate. And you love change – we are constantly changing and implementing new ideas and projects to improve our service and customer journey in the fast growing Nordic markets.
Our team today with six persons is responsible for an essential part of AMEX Nordic communication – both content and platforms. And we drive several important business development initiatives to improve the customer journey and make our Nordic operations more efficient. Do you know Norwegian 100% and have previous 2-5 years’ experience in different digital marketing channels such as social media, web, apps and email?
